explain what is meant by pyranose structure of glucose?

The term pyranose is term used for carbohydrates with name being derived from pyran. Its chemical structure includes that of a six membered ring with 5 carbon atom and one oxygen atom. Pyranose does not have double bonds. An example of pyranose structure of glucose is:
