CBSE announces Expression Series on Dr. B.R. Ambedkar

Dr. B.R. AmbedkarThe Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is organising Expression Series on Dr. B.R. Ambedkar to commemorate his 125th birth anniversary on April 14, 2016. The CBSE has decided to remember the contributions of the visionary Babasaheb Ambedkar. The United Nations will also be observing the birthday of the architect of the Indian Constitution and Dalit Rights activist for the first time ever.

The competition is open for all students under CBSE under three categories: classes 1 to 5, classes 6 to 8 and classes 9 to 12. Students can submit their entries as essays, drawings or poems. Entries may be submitted using any of the three following modes:

a) Online mode through the link to be made available on www.cbseacademic.in

b) Uploading only the jpeg/ jpg/ doc file of the entry through the link to be made available on www.cbseacademic.in

c) Mobile App using the numbers

For Classes VI to VIII 7065963926

For Classes IX to XII 7065963927

The best 36 entries in each category will be awarded with a cash prize of Rs. 2,500 and a Certificate of Merit. All participants will get a Certificate of Participation.
