CBSE to review marking scheme for ‘tough’ CBSE XII Maths question Paper

After hundreds of students and parents complained about the difficulty level of class 12 maths CBSE paper, the board is now thinking about lenient marking for students. Central Board of Secondary Education has released a circular stating that the marking scheme for the Maths paper, held on March 18, will be reviewed. Students can now heave a sigh of relief as the announcement has brought some justice to the disappointed students.

As per reports questions in the mathematics paper left a large number of students disappointed and concerned on Wednesday as they found them to be “very difficult”. Several students claimed that they could not even try to answer many questions.  To counter this ,CBSE has promised to “protect interests of the students”  by including post-evaluation moderation and full marks for the question on vector as there was a printing error.
