AC and BD is diagonal and intersent on O in mid pint and DOC is formed Y degree and BOC is formed X degree

As diagonals of a rectangle bisect each other and are equal, 

∴AO = BO

⇒∠OAB = ∠OBA = 350

In ΔOAB,

∠OAB + ∠OBA + y = 1800

⇒ 350 + 350 + y = 1800

y = 110 0

x + y = 1800

x = 180y = 70 0
