But feeling is non matter and intangible things are also non matter so why air is matter?because we only feel air not see it and by which way we understand that air has both mass,weight and occupies space?

Air consists of various substances and gases which have certain volume and occupy space and also have certain amount of mass. And according to the definition of matter, anything that has mass and occupies space comes under the category of matter. Air does take up space, even if we can't see it, and air has mass, even if we can't feel it and both of these properties can be observed and measured.
