1 Draw a line segment QR=3 6 cm 
2 Bisect QR at S 
3 With Q as centre and radius equal to 3
7 cm , Draw an arc X of a circle 
 With S as centre and radius equal to 3
1 cm , Draw an arc Y to intersect the arc X at P
4 Join PQ and PR 
Hence PQR is the required triangle
