a. Oasis are areas of vegetation in a desert formed from underground rivers or aquifers , where water reaches the surface naturally by pressure or by man made wells. Oasis also provide habitat for animals and even humans if the area is big enough. Besides habitation, oasis are helpful to humans by providing conditions for agriculture.
b.Glaciers are large ice body of snow which has been formed by accumulation of snow for long period of time.
