Does the Chromatin bind the Chromosomes? Does the Chromosome contain chromatin material inside it?

Chromatin folds and forms the chromosomes. Thus the genetic material is the same in both chromatin and chromosomes , the difference arises only due to the folding or conformation. 
In other words, chromatin forms chromosomes on folding.
