Explain how controlling results in the harmonisation of objectives , resources available and human efforts required to achieve those objectives.

Dear student,

Controlling refers to the evaluation of progress of work, so that adverse results can be avoided and corrective action can be taken in time. Controlling means assessing performance, comparing it with standard and taking out deficiency if any and taking corrective action thereof. Thus, controlling results in the harmonisation of the objectives of the organisation, the resources available to achieve those objectives and the human efforts required.
