Explain The Stability With Brief Explanation

Here in this question, we need to know how to comaprae the stability of a carbon cation when certain electron withdrawing groups are present near the carbocation So lets first pen down the factors affecting the carbocation in each case.
 In first case the carbo cation is stabilized by both the inductive effect of alkyl groups as well as the mesomeric effect of Oxygen as shown.
In second case, there is stabilization just by the inductife effect of alkyl groups, however there is no such stabilization by Oxygen atom. Rather it shows -I effect.
The same happens in third case also.
In the fourth case, again there is stabilization by the mesomeric effect of Oxygen 
Hence the order is : 1>4>2>3
