1 day = 24 hours 
30 days =24*30 hours
            =720 hours
so ratio of 30 days to 36 hours =720/36
                                               =20/1
                                               =20:1

which can be devided by 36 hours
that is=20 you first answer is 20 and 
for the second answer multiplay 15 kg to 1000=15000
and that can be devided by 210g =71.42
