Full form of unced and why it was formed

A  United Nations Conference on Environment and Development took place Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in June 1992,  among the members of the United Nations, to discuss global environmental issues confronting the Word at large. Famously, known as the Earth summit , it had the following outcomes
 
a. It produced a number of conventions with regard to climate change, protection of  biodiversity, and forestry.
 

b.The leaders at the summit also signed the Declaration on Global Climatic Change and Biological Diversity. They endorsed the global Forest Principles and adopted Agenda 21 for achieving Sustainable Development in the 21st century.

c. These global forest principles were Non legally binding principles aimed at achieving global consensus on the management, conservation and sustainable development of all types of forests. These global principles make certain recommendations for the conservation of forests.

 
d. The summit also brought into the fore the questions pertaining to the protection and management of global commons.
