the given equation of the line is 0.x+1.y=3, so whatever value we will assign to x , it will give y=3.

here what value we pick for x, y is always 3. and when we move from one point on the line to another point, we only move in a horizontal direction. y=3 line is a  line parallel to x-axis. and it's distance from x-axis is 3.

The linear equation y=3 means that for evvery value of y,
the value of y remains 3.

Example: (1,3), (4,3), etc.
