The decreasing order of number of atoms will be the same as decreasing order of the number of moles.
For a given mass of the different gases, number of moles is inversely proportional to the molar mass of the gas.

Since each molecule of O2 contains 2 atoms, the number of moles of O-atoms = 20.3125 = 0.625
Since each molecule of CO2 contains 3 atoms, the number of moles of atoms = 30.2272 = 0.68181
Since each molecule of NH3 contains 4 atoms, the number of moles of atoms = 40.5882 = 2.3529
Thus the decreasing order of number of atoms is: NH3 > CO2 > O2
