how many amino acids will be coded by the sequence if the 14th base of given M RNA converts to G?

5' AUG UUU CUC UAG CCG 3'

Dear student,
Please find below the solution to the asked query

After the replacement of 14th base (C) with G, the new mRNA sequence would be:
5' AUG UUU CUC UAG CGG 3'

This  will not make any difference as the fourth codon is UAG which is the stop codon and the process of translation would cease. As bases are read in triplets and 1 triplet codes for an amino acid, only three amino acids would be coded by this sequence.
