In the diagram micropyle is shown below hilum but in the text it is written
" Above the hilum is micropyle"
How?? Kindly explain

Dear Student, Actually Hilum and micropyle lie very close to each other. So, you can't say the actual position of Hilum and micropyle. And in this image if you rotate the seed then hilum would be present below micropyle. Book has also mentioned that these lie very close to each other due to this reason only as the position of the two may be reversed. Regards
