Indirect ways of power sharing in a democracy ? Explain with example.

a. Indirect way of power sharing implies power shared among the people, between different social groups.
b.It refers to influence which is exerted by individuals, groups, parties in the decision making process.
c. They directly are not sharing power but are exercising influence through participation in government committees, through mobilisation , organisation of movements , through media etc.
d. They do not seek to directly attain power but exercise pressure on those in power.
e. We may give example of how Pressure groups influence the decision making process of the government, for example, FICCI, CII, AITUC etc.
