No, it is not easier for humans to live in polar regions because polar regions have adverse conditions. Still some humans inhabit the countries of north polar region. the conditions are adverse there because of extreme cold weather, limited vegetation and very less sunlight. For six months the sun does not set at the poles while for the other six months the sun does not rise. In winters, the temperature can be as low as –37°C.
