If it is safe to jump from a height of 2m on surface of earth , what is its value on surface of moon ?

Dear Student ,
The value of acceleration due to gravity on the surface of the moon is 1/6 of its value on the surface of the earth .
So , we can write that ,
$$\begin{gathered} mg\text{'}h\text{'}=mgh \\ \Rightarrow \frac{g}{6}h\text{'}=2g \\ \Rightarrow h\text{'}=12 m \end{gathered}$$
So you can jump from a height of 12 m on the surface of the moon safely .
