Please explain briefly epecies Do you Scientists have actually found skeletons of fish in this desert. What could have happened?

The fact that scientists have found skeletons of fish in a desert that in earlier times, the desert had water bodies like rivers of lakes. Fish would lived in such water bodies. This means that the area of the desert was not dry earlier but had plenty of water.
