Please explain..

Dear student,
Please find below the solution to the asked query

Lansteiner's law states that when an antigen is present on the membrane of RBCs, the corresponding antibody must be absent in plasma and when the antigen is absent on RBCs, the corresponding antibody must be present.
e.g. When A antigen is present on RBCs, antibodies present in the plasma will be anti-B and not anti-A.
Likewise, when an antigen is absent on RBCs, lets say A antigen, then antibody A is present in plasma.
