Please post queries properly so that it can be read. So many queries cannot be answered in single thread. I am answering the following
1. Human resources are different from other resources in the sense that it is superior in nature. It requires training, education and healthcare to become skilled and efficient. Land and physical capital requires money and physical inputs to develop. Human resource makes use of land and capital which if not utilised by human resource become useless and unproductive.
