Yes spherical mirrors produce laterally inverted images.
There are no ray diagrams to represent same but you can observe them from few examples.

Like in rear view mirror of vehicle convex mirror is used. You can observed the image of Ambulance written on Ambulance correctly.


Shaving mirrors used concave mirrors. See in shaving mirror and touch your left ear. Your image will appear to touch its right ear.
