The below given steps will be followed to construct the required triangle.

Step I: Draw a line segment YZ of 3.6 cm. At point Y, draw an angle of 60°, say ∠CYZ.

Step II: Cut a line segment YB = 4.8 cm (that is equal to XY+XZ) from the ray YC.

Step III: Join ZB and make an angle BZA equal to ∠YBZ.

Step IV: Let ZA intersect YC at X. ΔXYZ is the required triangle.
