Retiering part. will paid his share in fund???

The way of payment for retiring partner's share may be in any way accepted or mutually discussed by all the partners. However, he may be paid in :
1. Funds, i.e Through cash or bank, all balance in his account at once.
2. Funds, in instalments with interest.
3. By taking over any asset f the organisation.
