(1) Body building foods are those foods which consist of proteins. Proteins keep our body healthy and strong. Examples of body building foods are milk, chicken, pulses, egg, etc.

(2) Minerals are an essential part of a healthy diet. These nutrients occur naturally in non-living things, such as rocks and metal ores. Some examples of minerals are calcium, iodine etc. Minerals can be readily absorbed by trees and plants. When animals eat the plants, they absorb the minerals. Minerals help in various functions of the body. 

(3) Balanced diet is a diet that includes adequate amount of all necessary nutrients (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals) and fibres required by the body.
