Sir,
I would like to draw your attention towards the problem of stray animals in our area. Recently, there is a sudden increase in the number of stray dogs and people are facing lot of problems because of this. These dogs have become dangerous as they tend to bite people around them usually young children and the elderly. They also run on the road haphazardly, which has resulted in increased number of accidents on the road.
Another major issue with these animals is that they tend to open garbage bins and scatter garbage all over the roads. This is resulting in the spread of many diseases. The traffic jams are becoming common because of these stray animals. Through this letter, I want to request you to look into this problem and inform the concerned authorities.
