Distance covered by the bus =speed*time
D=10*100
D=1000m

Total distance the scooter has to cover is 2000m in 100sec to reach the bus
Speed =d/t
S=2000/100
S=20m/sec

In 100 sec bus will travel another 1000m so total dist traveled by the scooterist to overtake bus =2000m V of scooter to overtake bus = 2000m /100s =20m/s
