Sir in BF3 there are 6 valence electrons and 2 electrons are there in 1s orbital so there will be 8 electrons around the central atom .But the answer given in aakash answer key is option 2.So, what will be the correct answer?
They have given its e deficient so it cant be 8 anyway..Also when we see boron those e's are out of plane and are involved in backbonding to complete its octect
