state and explain princple of moments of rotational eqiulibrium

Dear Student

For a body to be in rotational equilibrium, the algebric sum of the torques obtained should be zero.
The principle of moments state that the sum of clockwise torque should be equal to the sum of anti-clockwise torque at the point of rotation of the body (also called the pivot).
