.The electrons in the orbit  revolve around the nucleus  in a particular orbit without emitting any radiant energy . thus orbits called stationary orbits.
.the angular momentum of an electron in the orbit is an integral multiple of h/2(3.14...).
.when an electron jumps from higher energy orbit to the lower energy orbit , emission spectrum is formed.
.when an electron jumps from lower energy orbit to higher energy orbit , absorption spectrum is formed.
   E=E2-E1
.the radius of an electron of a hydrogen atom is 0.529 angstroms
.for energy of an electron of hydrogen atom is E=13.6/n2 electron volts
