Suppose if there is more prize distributed then than the prize distribution fund
Then can we use general donation fund for covering the expense or we have to cover expense ourselves only

Solution:

In case, if the related expenses exceed the related receipts of the fund, then the difference is shown in the income and Expenditure Account. So when the prizes distributed exceed the prize distribution fund, the excess will be shown in the income and expenditure account and will not be adjusted from the general donation fund.
