The lesson 'The Summer of the Beautiful White Horse' revolves around the Garoghlanian tribe , reputation of their honesty. How does the author bring out these theme in the lesson?

Dear student,

The author brings out the theme of honesty and the importance of maintaining a tribe's reputation through the actions of the two boys Mourad and Aram. Though they were poor and knew that they would never be able to afford a beautiful horse, they did not try to keep the horse with themselves forever. They were young and fun loving boys and thus, they took a step to steal the horse and ride it for some time. But, they did not intend to disrespect the values of their tribe and finally returned it to its rightful owner.
