  the circumference of the hoop.

Here is the answer to your question.

Let r be the radius of each basket ball.
Circumference of a basket ball, 2πr = 66 cm
Radius of the hoop = 2 × 10.5 cm = 21 cm
Thus, circumference of the hoop = 2 × π × 21 cm = 132 cm
