The biosphere is the sphere of life, the change that happens to it are all because of human activities. As Arsh said pollution, it is one of the reasons but there are many reasons also like global warming which happens due to human activities and many more reasons. Biosphere is a part of abiotique environment and is the combination of lithosphere,hydrosphere and atmosphere. As being non living, changes occur. It is the only sphere where life exist.
