What does more hydration energy imply?

hydration enthalpy is the energy associated with the process of hydration of an element which means to be surrounded by water. eg CuSO4.5H2O etc.
the process hydration(only water) is a special type of solvation(any liquid) but s block elements only combine with water . more the hydration enthalpy more the stability. it gives the compound stability. hydration enthalpy is inversely proportional to lattice enthalpy. as LE increases HE decreases
