What is acropetal manner ?

acropetal order of arrangement of leaves means older leaves are found down the branch(towards the base of the branch) while the newer leaves are borne towards the tip of the branch

Acropetal manner :- where old flowers are arranged at lower side and young flowers are at upper side.
Basipetal manner :- where old flowers are arranged at upper side and young flowers are at lower side
