What is the hybridisation of Cl in ClO2?

ClO2 is not a molecule, actually it is a ion with a negative charge.
Here
Cl forms double bonds with oxygen atoms sharing four of its electrons with two oxygen atoms and forming double bonds with oxygen atoms. so two orbitals will be involved here as in double bond one is always a pie bond and only one is sigma bond so one hybridized orbital is used in formation of a double bond.
Since Chlorine has seven valence electrons and one electron is extra due to negative charge so actually it has two lone pairs of electron which require two hybridized orbital to hold two lone pairs of electrons.
So total four hybridized orbital are required and since Chlorine does not have d orbital so hybridization must be sp3.
