What is the meaning of stained , unstaoned portion of a cell and staoned temporary mount ?

Dear student,
Stained means something that is marked or discolored with some chemical or dye to specifically see a structure. For example, we stain the cells with a dye to see under the microscope.

Unstained means something which is not marked or not colored with any chemicals or dye. In biology, it means that some structure which is not colored or dyed to be seen under the microscope.

Stained temporary mount involves the procedure in which the specimen to be seen under the microscope is placed in a drop of some liquid like water present between the slide and the coverslip which is already been stained earlier to be seen under the microscope.
