what is vector & unit vector & why Cos theta or Sin theta is used in these vector & what is the significance of this vector ?....plz answer me....i am asking this repeatedly , sir / ma'm plz consider dis.

Hi Shivaishu,

A vector is a mathematical entity that has both magnitude (which can be zero) and direction. The physical significance of a vector is that it represents both the magnitude and direction of a physical quantity.

The sine and cosine functions can be used to resolve a vector into its perpendicular components.

Hope this helps,
