When closing stock is written in Trail balance ?
Explain

Moksh,
Closing Stock generally never appears in the Trial Balance. However, in case Cost of Goods Sold or Adjusted Purchases information has been supplied to us, then closing stock would be shown in the Trial Balance as same has been previously deducted while calculating Cost of Goods Sold or Adjusted Purchases which can be easily deduced from the following formula.
Adjusted Purchases = (Op. Stock + Purchases  Closing Stock), andCost of Goods Sold=Adjusted Purchases (Op. Stock + Purchases  Closing Stock) + Direct Expenses
