Why do you feel that the word 'sigh' means regret that satisfaction....it can be a sigh of satisfaction also?!

The poet is introspecting over the decision taken by him to travel on the less-traveled road. At this point in the poem, he does not seem happy with his decision. He starts doubting whether he has taken the right decision. The poet's nervousness at this juncture is understandable. Opting for unpopular choices makes us circumspect. Such a choice may be the correct one, but since it is not popular we start doubting ourselves.
