why we sould drink 8 to 10 glass of

water in a day

We should take 8 to 10 glasses of water because:

1. We lose lot of water by urination, sweating, saliva formation etc. so we have to replace this lost water by drinking.
2. More than 70% of the body is made up of water so if we are drinking more water we are refreshing our body fluids by changing our old water with fresh water.
3. It is essential for transport of oxygen and food and maintaining body temperature and blood pressure etc.
