Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that the traffic in Mumbai has become a nuisance to the public. The B.E.S.T buses are driven too roughly and this is dangerous for the pedestrians who are walking. The rickshaws are so many in number that it looks as if they are more than the number of people living in Mumbai.
Kindly look into the matter and see that walking on the road is safe for the people. This matter should be treated as a matter of utmost importance and people's safety should be of prime significance.
